Sotira is transforming how brands handle surplus inventory. Their AI-powered platform automates connecting sellers with buyers, managing compliance and handling logistics, which used to be a manual, gatekept and relationship-driven process, in one straightforward system.
Operating in a $550 billion industry still dominated by spreadsheets and phone calls, Sotira had the tech to disrupt the space, but they felt their digital presence didn't reflect that.
That's where we came in.
We were hired to carry out a clear goal: transform everything and help them grow.

Solution
Conversion-focused website rebuild
The original website tried to serve both suppliers and buyers with a single landing page, which quickly became messy and lead to a degraded experience for users skimming the page. We built separate landing pages for each audience with messaging tailored to their specific problems, and ultimately chose to keep the original dual landing page as well.
A prospect has to trust a business before buying whatever it is selling, so naturally social proof is an important factor to display on a website. Since Sotira is a relatively new company without widespread brand recognition, this was especially critical. Even though there were plenty of reviews present, they were both faceless and nameless, which often comes off as untrustworthy to a prospect visiting the website. We added verification badges to each review, as well as the general locations of the buyers, so prospects had something to relate to. Luckily, Sotira already had case studies written from large brands that just needed to be presented properly.

SEO optimization and CMS setup
After rebuilding the website in Webflow with correct practices, it was time to implement the technical SEO that was missing: adding schema markup, optimizing meta tags, designing open graph images, and other minor changes, such as converting on-page images to a smaller, more modern .avif format as well as setting up a CMS for blog posts, case studies, news articles and press mentions so their team could add content without technical help.
Building a new pipeline
With Sotira manually prospecting every lead, we built their new outreach system using Apollo to compile and verify contact lists from CPG brands and recommerce sites, then set up automated email sequences in Instantly targeting decision makers dealing with surplus inventory issues.
Sales materials
After successfully raising over $2M, Sotira needed professional materials for ongoing investor and partner introductions, which led us to creating one-pagers tailored for suppliers and buyers, each addressing different concerns and value propositions.
As a growing company, they're leveraging news coverage to gain more recognition in the recommerce world, so one of our goals was to create a personal website for their CEO to support press and investor conversations.
In the process of unifying the brand across multiple mediums, we designed multiple pitch decks, produced event materials, such as a tri-fold brochure, LinkedIn brand assets, and a print advertisement for trade magazines.


Result
Within three months of the website rebuild and SEO implementation, Sotira's organic search performance showed meaningful improvement. The technical foundations we established (proper schema markup, optimized meta tags, modern image formats, and a structured CMS) created a platform built for sustained growth.
The results speak for themselves. Comparing the four months before our engagement (January to April 2025) to the post-engagement period (August to December 2025), Sotira saw a 23% increase in average daily organic clicks and a 17.7% improvement in click-through rate. Average search position improved by 0.34 spots, moving them closer to the coveted top-of-page placements.
Beyond the numbers, we delivered a complete brand ecosystem: audience-specific landing pages, investor materials, sales collateral, a CEO microsite, and event materials that positioned Sotira as a modern alternative in a relationship-driven industry. The improved digital presence supported their $2M+ fundraising efforts and ongoing business development initiatives.
All in all, the program successfully transformed Sotira's digital foundation from a constraint into a driver of growth, setting them up for continued expansion in the recommerce space.

Tatra Banka Investment Platform
Tatra Banka challenged our team to design (and develop) an investment app that removes the usual barriers to stock trading. The brief was clear: build something accessible to everyone, whether they're investing their first €100 or managing a full portfolio.
Most trading platforms fail here. They overwhelm users with cluttered interfaces and assume everyone knows what they're doing. We took a different approach.

Simplification, Gamification and User Rewards
We designed an investment app that makes the complex parts invisible. The interface guides users through stock recommendations based on their risk tolerance and investment goals, starting with a simple onboarding flow that doesn't feel like paperwork.
The app includes a live AI assistant for investment questions, gamification that makes financial literacy engaging through daily quizzes and streaks, and a clean interface for exploring courses and market data. The principle was simple: investing shouldn't require a finance degree.

Design Decisions
The interface stays consistent with Tatra Banka's brand while introducing modern patterns that work for younger users. Every screen focuses on clarity and ease of use. Daily financial quizzes build learning streaks without feeling like homework. The AI chat uses conversational patterns that break down complex concepts in plain language.
The challenge was fitting features like personalized recommendations, educational content, and real-time market data into a mobile interface without creating clutter. We focused on progressive disclosure, showing users what they need when they need it, and keeping the path to making an investment short and clear.


The Result
The platform opens up investing to a wider audience. By removing visual and interaction barriers, it helps users make informed decisions with confidence, regardless of their experience level.
